Swipe It Hire is an employment platform that helps job seekers discover and apply for opportunities while giving employers tools to post jobs, review applicants, communicate with candidates, and manage recruiting activity.
Select Get Started, choose whether you are registering as a job seeker or employer, and complete the registration process.
Job seekers can use available candidate features without being charged unless a paid candidate service is clearly offered and accepted.
Select Forgot Password from the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to the registered email address.
Use the job discovery section to browse available opportunities.
You can review full job details before applying.
Open the position, review the job information, and select Apply.
Yes. Preferred qualifications do not automatically prevent a candidate from applying.
Yes. You can save jobs for later review.
Applied jobs appear under Applications, with the current application status when available.
Yes. Candidates can update:
Employers can view resumes submitted with applications to jobs they are authorized to manage.
No. Employers make their own hiring decisions.
No. Swipe It Hire does not guarantee interviews, employment, job offers, or employer responses.
Create an employer account, complete the company profile, navigate to the Jobs section, and select Post a Job.
Complete the required fields and publish the position.
Yes. Jobs support a Draft status.
Yes. Authorized employer users can edit their own job postings.

Yes. Employers can open and review resumes submitted by applicants to positions they are authorized to manage.
Yes. Authorized employer account owners can invite team members.
Only authorized users associated with the employer account can access applicants for that employer.
Employer accounts never have access to private applicants, messages, analytics, jobs, or recruiting information belonging to another employer.
Yes. Candidates are not prevented from applying solely because of an automated recommendation or internal compatibility calculation.
Employers make final hiring decisions.
Account settings let you update appropriate personal and account information.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing admin@swipeithire.com.
A confirmation is displayed before deletion.
A success confirmation is displayed after application submission, and the position is added to your Applications section.
Yes. The current application stage is displayed when an employer updates it.
Messages are displayed within your candidate account, and email notifications are sent when enabled.
Candidate information is only accessible according to platform permissions, candidate actions, and authorized employer access.
